The winter is passed, the rain is over and gone. The flowers appear on the earth, the time of singing has come…
This is indeed the case at Manna, and I reflected upon this yesterday with a visitor as we listened to the birdsong drifting from tree to tree. Manna is bursting into life with blossom and fauna everywhere and seedlings popping up in abundance. The air is full of hope and expectation for this year. We have finally erected our polytunnel which will both extend the growing season and expand our vegetable repertoire into more exotic realms. We also have lots of happy hens, producing dozens of tasty eggs which the locals are buying as fast as they are produced. And finally 3 healthy lambs have just been born, so there is plenty to sing about!
